Villa Management Shibumi Villa Management Company Ltd., headed by Peter Tkac and John Chadwick, a company established in Phuket exclusively for providing management services to high-end estates, has been appointed as the first Jomchang property managers. Peter Tkac has nearly 35 years of management experience in the hotel and hospitality industries. He has managed first class restaurants and hotels across North America , the Caribbean and Asia and has managed staffs of 100+. John Chadwick has a degree in Economics magna cum laude from Harvard, and specialized in options sales and trading while working in the banking industry. Prior to moving to Phuket, he worked for several years in the treasury departments of investment banks in Singapore — most recently as the Head of FX Options Sales in Asia for Standard Chartered Bank. Shibumi will form a close working relationship with each individual villa owner and provide them with carefree villa ownership. To this end, management will lead a staff of on-site housekeeping, engineering, and administrative personnel who will address the full scope of common area maintenance and villa-specific requirements.
